Remove blueyonder account

Hi, I still use my blueyonder account but I have another one linked that I need to remove as I receive duplicate emails for both. How can I do this? I can no longer log into my email settings on my virgin media account.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with your Blueyonder email. 

    Do you know if this email is linked to an active Virgin Media broadband account? If not, this will automatically delete soon with the recent announcement of legacy emails being removed from service if no longer connected to an active broadband account.

      Hi, It’s still connected to my virgin media account. There’s one that I still use and one that I don’t but it’s still active (it was for my ex husband).
