Remove old blueyonder email account

I have an old blueyonder email account which has been severely hacked and I need to delete it but am unable to login because virginmedia doesn't recognise the account can anyone help me please?

    If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.  I did this recently and it took around 10 days to action.
