Re: My VM login and email

Yesterday and again this morning, I have tried to login to my VM account using the correct details and all I get is SOMETHING WHEN WRONG.

This after many days of not being able to access my VM account and hours spent trying to get it sorted out... with zero success.

This situation is totally unacceptable and VM should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account and especially after getting the other issues resolved. Are you able to try this in incognito/private browsing mode within your browser or clear your browser cache and try again?

      Thank you Steven. Yes I have just tried to login using incognito having cleared the cache and unfortunately I still says SOMETHING WENT WRONG.

      Just to be clear. I am a VM customer and I have used my blueyonder email address and password to login. I have carried out the setup of a backup email address and have verified it is me. But when I have tried on numerous occasions to login to my VM account it just says SOMETHING WENT WRONG...

      I have to say that I am totally dissatisfied with VM for putting me through all this stress. I am not an IT specialist and have tried my best to sort it out from my end. Even though this whole problem is not of my making.
