Re: My emails have stopped working

My emails have not worked since Wednesday and I have tried logging on to the bk browser and it says my email isn’t valid help…

    Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties accessing your email. 

    Let's start by running through a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can help get this sorted for you! If you can please let us know;

    1) Are you an active customer with us currently?

    2) Have you set up your VMO2 ID online account? 👉 virg.in/myVM (there's additional information and help with this here if needed 👉 https://www.virginmediao2.co.uk/help/identity )

    3) Are you trying to access directly via the webmail link 👉 https://virg.in/webmail or via your online account in the desktop browser?

    4) If you haven't tried doing this via the App instead, please give this a go and let us know how you get on! 👉 https://virg.in/myvmapp

    5) Please also try clearing your cookies & Cache, or using a 'Private / Incognito' Window, or alternative browser. 

    6) You can also try using an alternative device.
