Thanks for those details.
Sadly we will not be able to gain access to your email address as it's associated with a closed account. Also with there being no active account in your name at your current address, you will need to transfer any contacts and important emails over to a 3rd party now like Gmail or Hotmail.
Apologies again It's not been possible to help.

Hey kennyc, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear you are having some email issues.
Once an email has been deleted we are unable to get this back sorry.
If you don’t have an active Broadband service with us, then we are very sorry, we can no longer support your email, as per our Terms & Conditions. You need to seek an alternative email provider. New email accounts can be set up in minutes, with providers such as Gmail, Outlook, iCloud. We highly recommend you forward any important emails from your Virgin account to your new inbox
