Re-confirm Virginmedia email app password?
During some troubleshooting with VM they asked me to regenerate my virgin media 3rd party app password. Format as I understand it is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
This involved re - entering password first on Thunderbird email on desktop pc - when I typed it it wouldn't accept despite several attempts. I had made a written note of it, accurately I thought! I then copied and pasted it and it worked..
During troubleshooting I lost sight of the on screen password I copied...and when I subsequently tried to type into phone and ipad email, it wouldn't accept it..
Question I have - is it possible to re-display that password in VM settings anywhere - I only seem to be able to generate a new one, which VM dont want me to do whilst they are troubleshooting an email problem.
