Secondary virginmedia email account - password issues!

Question

Hoping someone can help. &nbsp;when I started with virginmedia we set up an email address for myself and my partner. &nbsp;The partner email address has now asked for a password which is blanked out, and we don’t have one.on my virginmedia account there is no longer any mention of the secondary email, so there doesn’t seem to be any way to solve the problem, and my partner can’t access her email.has anyone experienced and resolved this issue?thanks in advance

There are no "secondary" emails now as such.&nbsp; All emails now have to have a 3rd party email address of it's own and this is used to login to that secondary email account.

lphugh&nbsp;Try the following.&nbsp; Sign out of your primary VM account and then go to&nbsp;https://www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2Press Sign in then enter the secondary email address concerned and continue.&nbsp; On the next screen press forgotten password and then on the next screen press forgotten email address and follow the security questionnaire.&nbsp; If that is successful you should be able to create a new password for the secondary email.&nbsp; If not post back and the VM Forun Team should be able to assist when they reach this thread tomorrow.
