Like many others, I have also received the closing emails message today.

I have had a Virgin home phone, broadband and TV package since 1997 (prev Telewest) .

If this is going to be closed down, then it maybe the push I need to get my BT line reinstated and get a decently priced BB and TV package elsewhere!!

    If you want to keep the email address, and you are a VM BB customer, it may be possible (see the post from 用心棒 above).

    You'd do best to start your own topic in the 'Email' forum though. There are so many of these 'email closing' posts at the moment that your query may get lost among the others in a tag-on post to an existing topic.
