POP 3
I am having trouble changing my ntlworld passwords as POP3 is blanked out and I receive "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them." Which I am unable to do. I contacted Virgin who said they could not help an passed me to Tech Desk. Telephone lines were busy so I was told they would ring back within the hour. After two days I am still waiting. Please assist?
