why is it your system keep changing my password every 3 days this is been going on since when there start using none virgin email to log in

i been customer over 23 year i think i am going to leave because rubbish look lawyer customer and dont have a 24 hour help line  VIRGIN MENDIA YOU ARE LETING YOUR CUSTOMER DOWN BIG TIME

    We're sorry to hear of the email issues experienced, we appreciate the frustration caused and you raising this via the forums.

     

    We have the following steps in regards to resetting the password:

     

    • Sign in to My Virgin Media
    • Go to Account settings, then Account details
    • Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
    • Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password
    • Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked
    • Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.

    We also have support here for emails.
