We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with your mails on Outlook. I can see that goslow has offered some advice in their posts.
As it's working on other devices and the only issue is with Outlook, it's almost certainly an issue with your settings in Outlook. Please have at look at the helpful links provided and ensure the settings you have selected in Outlook at correct. Keep us posted on how things go.
