One of my iPads stopped working on emails now can’t get back in

I can access my ntlworld emails on my iPhone and new iPad. Having been away for a week and left my iPad at home it was stuck on June 17th. Having deleted the account it won’t reinstate and is giving me the message to enter a password that I last got when my account was locked. That took weeks to resolve.

Any suggestions welcomed is this an iPad or Virgin media issue?

    The mailbox may be seeing the new iPad as a new device now. It could be you need to reset the password all over again?

    Can you confirm if you have attempted to reset the password via the online account?

      My second iPad got the same problem but my iPhone and laptop were fine 

      So I reset the password using a different email address and now things seem ok.

      have been getting some spam virgin media bills and forwarded them to phishing but the last few seem to open a file on opening the email.  Now delete without opening them
