NTLWORLD Login

My ntlworld.com email that I've had for years is now not working.

I use this email for private and business email and have a lot of saved important emails.

I desperately need it back if anyone can help?

It last sync early this morning and has now stopped. now asking me for my password but does not work?

Thanks in advance

Dan

Do you have an existing VM account?  If so it may be the new requirement for a 3rd party email account for "My VM" and the new password generation.

If you no longer have a VM account, your old NTL mailbox "may" have been deleted.  They are officially supposed to be deleted after 90 days, but it's not always the case.

  • Hi, I left VM 3 years ago as I moved house and there is no VM here currently. My wife's ntlworld still works and so does another account I have, but the 1 I cannot access is our main one

Hopefully your mailbox will still be there, but I strongly advise you to move your email to another provider, one that is NOT an ISP.  If you read the email threads in this Forum, you are not alone.  VM's T&C's are to delete non VM account customers mailboxes after 90 days.

A VM Mod should pick this up in a day or two and discuss directly with you.

  • Hi danbrownntlwor

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

We're very sorry to hear you're unable to access your NTL email account.

If this isn't linked to an active broadband account, there may not be anything we can do as we don't have the facility to do a password re set or any troubleshooting unfortunately.

Are you getting any error messages?

Any of our email accounts should be deleted within 90 days of the broadband being disconnected as these are provided as part of that service. In some instances however this can be missed and the accounts can stay active longer.

We'd recommend moving any important mails from any other existing NTL email addresses and setting up a new third party mail account.

We're sorry, we appreciate this won't be the answer you were hoping for. Please pop back to us should you have any further questions.
