Ntlworld email
I no longer have a tv account but have had virgin mobile now O2 for years. My email address seems to have stopped working. Is there a problem with mail or have they shut off ntlworld accounts?

The email will be closed unless it is attached to a Virginmedia broadband account.
There were major problems with all Ntlworld email accounts on 9 April but you need to a have a read of this post from the top of this Email Forum page:
