Ntlworld email not receiving some emails

I still use my old Ntlworld email address but recently have realised some emails are not getting through. I still have the same account as I did when I originally joined. I have tried emailing myself from work email address and it does not come through to my Ntlworld email (I definitely spelt it correctly) but I am still receiving some emails (mainly junk but my mum managed to email me today).  Havent changed any passwords recently. I also tried to login to virgin email online instead of through the mail app but couldn't see my inbox (I can see the spam!)  How do I resolve this?

    Sorry to hear of the email issues experienced and not receiving all emails sent to you, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

     

    Firstly, have you tried to send an email to it from an address other than your works email? Are you able to send emails from the address? Does it seem to be certain addresses or are there different addresses you're not receiving emails from?
