Ntlworld email has stopped working

Today I have stopped being able to receive email in my Ntlworld inbox. It doesn't work on my phone or my desktop.  Sending seems to work OK.

I can't access email on webmail either unfortunately because the email I used to use to login is one i no longer have access to. I spent well over an hour on the phone to tech support last week trying to get that rectified but they weren't able to fix it. This was despite the fact that when the first person I spoke to failed to fix it, she told me I needed to upgrade my contract to access second line report.

Am disinclined to call tech support again., based on that experience.

      Thanks, Mark. Email suddenly started working again a few hours after I wrote this, so the problem is now solved.
