ntlworld e-mail account

My ntlworld e-mail is working.

For at least a week now my wife's ntlworld.e-mail account hasn't worked. Despite 2 very long phone calls to Virgin help nothing has changed.  She can log in to the Virgin Media site no problem but when she choses e-mail the message is : FOBIDDEN.

Could somone please sort out Virgin's  e-mail problems? 

She needs this account for Hospital / Surgery mails urgently and the help line so far have not proved successful in getting her e-mail account back up and running.

    Sorry to hear of the email access issues experienced for your wifes account, we appreciate you raising this via the forums for support in getting this resolved.

     

    What did the team advise when you spoke to them? Was this raised to our support teams at all? We have help here for email issues and how to manage the account.
