NTLWORLD.COM ISSUES

What is happening with my NTLWORLD.com email... has been intermittently slower of Kate, but tonight it's been terrible. Little or no messaging either when I send or receiving, when I know one has been sent to me.

Crazy lack of service and no communication to advise if any issue, tried to check for outages etc... but nothing online

    VM stopped issuing new email accounts 3 years ago and since then new customers do not get the option of having a VM email account.  None of the main broadband suppliers offer email accounts these days.

    The long term future of the VM email service is unknown but clearly VM, (like BT and Sky) do not see the provision of an email service as being part of their offering going forward.

    If you are having continual problems with your VM email account I would suggest that you need to switch to one of the many excellent free email services that are available. See here for some ideas:

    I have been with VM for years but have never used their email as my main account.

    We understand the NTL World E-Mail issue to be resolved. 

    Can you please confirm if the service issues are apparent on our webmail platform, or if this in relation to using a 3rd party application for the E-Mail account?
