ntlworld.com email address missing

I received my last email last Friday (5th), ironically from VM to my email address @ntlworld.com, which I have been using since I started. Now whenever I try to connect (through Outlook) it gives an Unable to synchronise and there is no access via the Web interface.

Before I go through changing my email address for everything I just wanted to check it was a permanent removal or just some temporary glich.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the email you are facing, 😢
    We've not removed the email address however we have made changes to the MyVM login as they can no longer include blueyonder addresses and ntl addresses etc.

    What happens when you try to sign in via the web?

      I was forced to change the password for the ntlworld.com one a few weeks ago to an automatically generated one. When I connect to the web based one it always goes to @virginmedia.com. If I go to mail.virginmedia.com on another browser and enter the ntlworld.com one then I get a failed user or password with the old or new password.

        It looks like I can't add it to the virginmedia web (add account) one either so I'll need to work out how to reset the password again.
