Ntl world email

Hi any pointers how I can resolve this. I still get my Ntl email address emails as I linked to my Hotmail VM chat box has informed my that NTL email addresses no longer exist so how am I still geting the duplicate? I would like to set NTL properly on my outlook account but it needs the password updating which is were I am stuck. Can any one advise me what's happing to my NTL email account. I still have virgin media broadband

    The 'VM chat box' has given you duff information.  Provided your Ntlworld email address is still attached to your VM broadband account it should still be available.

    You will need an email app password to use the account with outlook.

    To create an email app password or update an existing one you need to follow these steps:

    Sign into the My Virgin media account for the email concerned with your VMO2ID
    Select Account Settings
    Select Identity & Security Settings
    Select Manage your products
    Select Manage email app password
    Click on the blue button 'Get New Password'

    Make a note of the generated password. This is what you use in the mail apps along with the vm email address as the username.
