ntl world email to outlook returned undelivered
I keep getting a response from an outlook address saying the recipient's email provider rejected it. How do I solve this?

Thanks for your patience and for clarifying things.
If you are sending your own ntlworld.com emails from the VM website then you don't need to worry about domain name SPF, Host Name or any thing like that.
Are you still getting the recipient's email "provider rejected" error?
If so, it's very odd. I have just done exactly the same as you, (sent an Ntlworld.com email from my account on the VM website) and it's arrived straight into the inbox of my outlook.com account. So, as I said earlier, Microsoft don't appear to have an issues with the SPF details of ntlworld.com emails.
Re the additional explanatory text that refers to SPF. in the error message. It might be useful if you could copy and paste all that text into a reply post here but please make sure that you edit out any email addresses (particularly the part before the @ symbol) before you post your reply.
As I said earlier, I still think it is something about the specific email you are sending that's causing Microsoft to reject it.
- Is that email just text or have you added an attachment, or a signature line or copied anything into the email?
- What happens if you just send a test email with one sentence in to an Outlook.com address, does that still get rejected?
