Ntl world email suddenly stopped working
It's saying "incorrect username or password " but nothing has been changed, was working fine yesterday. Now won't send or receive emails. Thanks

Is the email linked to a current Virginmedia broadband account? If not then it could have been closed by VM.
Otherwise there is advice here.

its a virgin media account but on an app with a blue envelope on an iphone , thanks
