We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with your email account.
Are you still an active broadband customer of ours?
If not, we'd recommend to set up a new third party email account, as any of our email accounts will be closed, usually within 90 days of the broadband being disconnected. Please also do the below.
- Send any important emails or contacts to another email address
- Save any attachments you want to keep to your computer or device
- Let all your contacts know about your new email address.
To resolve your issue, you'd need to set a new app password via your online My Virgin Media account, however if you're no longer a customer, this won't be possible.

Thanks for your reply, I managed to reset the passports and we are now able to send and receive our emails.
