Ntl world email no longer available

I all of a sudden can not log into my NTL email and seem to have now lost all my emails I cant seem to get it working what is going on? any help would be greatly received this is my main email account with lots of important emails (hopefully I have not lost everything) not even sure i will know if anyone replies to this as i have no email  so this could be fun.

    I'm so sorry to hear you're having some trouble accessing an email address/account that you've had with us. How are you going about attempting to access it? Is this via a third party email client/app, or are you using the webmail platform on our website?
