Not receiving 2FA codes in time

I am trying to re log in to my WD NAS drive and it sends a 2FA code which expires after 5 minutes the trouble is its not getting through from virgin media to my inbox until after that 5 minutes has expired.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with 2FA emails being expired once received, can we ask what email domain do you have that we are sending the 2FA emails to?

      It is an ntlworld.com email
