How are you accessing your emails via a 3rd party server such as Outlook?
Can you login on our website and access them?

⋮AFAICS the recipient's email server is returning this information when it refuses delivery of your message. It appears the recipient can resolve this issue by adding your email address to their address book.
Is this issue occurring for multiple email domains or just a specific domain, i.e. it just happens when sending to @example.com domain?
