People getting an email bounce
Since changing over to "new verification email address" system some people are reporting they are getting a bounce saying their email to me has not been delivered to me, whereas in fact I have received it, it is annoying both them as me as they then are having to Text me too.
I am presuming I am still meant to be actually using my Virgin email address as my email address, not the one I have had to create for login to VirginMedia/O2 ?
Because of the problems I was having with the Virgin Media email app I had set up an "auto forward" on all my Virgin emails to me new mailto:....@Outlook.com email address.
I have now deleted the "auto forward" and people who were previously getting the "email not delivered" message are no longer getting that message.
