My Blueyonder email isnt working

I've tried to log in using my Blueyonder email, and it is telling me that my email address isn't valid anymore?? I haven't received any emails for several days now, and i cant access my account. I no longer have a virgin account, so i'm guessing this is the reason?? I am happy to pay a subscription to retrieve my account, but i can't seem to contact anyone, this system just sends me round and round in circles, with no outcome. What do i need to do?
