When are we going to get a meaningful update on what is happening? The email service has been down since Sunday evening, all day today, and now its saying it will be 8.30am Tuesday before its fixed (Not holding my breath on that one)
Have they been hacked? Is our data compromised? I am not receiving any emails via my email client, only asking for passwords, which it says are incorrect, even when trying to access online, it says I don't have an account, its locked or has been compromised.
I just want access to my emails, its really not too much to ask for the extortionate amount I pay each month. The only reason I have stuck with VM, is the lazy route, those emails are all linked to a lot of my internet accounts, with them being around since the heady days of NTL (I never thought I would ever say that!!!)
If VM cant keep their network up and give me access to the emails, then that's the last real reason for me to stick with VM, I will start switching my internet accounts to my @gmail account, and once complete, leave VM to the mess they have created
They are not the fastest provider out there, as they claim, as they would need to have a stable service, without the issues on a daily basis, across broadband, wifi and now emails, along with their ever increasing prices!
