I cannot get into my blueyonder email account and O2 account

For 6 weeks now i have not been able to access my virgin  media account and O2 account ,I have tried all forms of communication , i tried "message us today" and failed to achieve what i set out and wanted to achieve, i have forgotten my blueyonder password and the answer to my security question , but i do have an account number and an area code and the dates of my last bill including the date , i have the last 4 digits of my card ,but this is not enough , Can someone help me i am a 76 year old male. Thank you

    Those pieces of information ought to suffice and you should pass the security questions. I too can not access my VM blueyonder account since VM has changed the process (mucked it up). Like you I am in my mid 70s. I am sure I have given the correct answer to the security question because I have written it down after it was changed. And the same for my password.

    Just remember that this is something VM has done and not you. I assume you were able to logon normally prior to the change they made. I certainly did. And the really stupid thing is that in order to make a formal complaint you have to first login to your account.

    None of this is of any help to you but hopefully it will have reassured you somewhat. You can of course try to phone them up and spend ages upon ages waiting for a response...
