I cannot get into my blueyonder email account and O2 account

For 6 weeks now i have not been able to access my virgin  media account and O2 account ,I have tried all forms of communication , i tried "message us today" and failed to achieve what i set out and wanted to achieve, i have forgotten my blueyonder password and the answer to my security question , but i do have an account number and an area code and the dates of my last bill including the date , i have the last 4 digits of my card ,but this is not enough , Can someone help me i am a 76 year old male. Thank you

  • Those pieces of information ought to suffice and you should pass the security questions. I too can not access my VM blueyonder account since VM has changed the process (mucked it up). Like you I am in my mid 70s. I am sure I have given the correct answer to the security question because I have written it down after it was changed. And the same for my password.

    Just remember that this is something VM has done and not you. I assume you were able to logon normally prior to the change they made. I certainly did. And the really stupid thing is that in order to make a formal complaint you have to first login to your account.

    None of this is of any help to you but hopefully it will have reassured you somewhat. You can of course try to phone them up and spend ages upon ages waiting for a response...

        I have spent all of Saturday trying to resolve getting into my @blueyonder.co.uk email, and failed and the letter i was informed i would recieve has not arrived , i lost access to my virgin media account amost 2 months ago with no explanation ,my security question and answer   i cannot recover , i have supplied account number and area code / date and amount debit payment and last 4 digits of my debit card and my address and my date of birth and still i am informed there are security issues.

     "Nothing to see here". It seems I am not alone so is this Virgins' way of removing long term customers 

    I thought that also, we have been with virgin over for 20 years .

    I have just had some replies removed , cannot believe i am a community criminal already did not know i could not copy and paste 

    Anyway i have received the letter and i am no nearer to getting into my accounts   apparently i am no longer a registered virgin media customer or o2 and all this has been caused by virgin media / o2 merger, I been a  virgin media customer for over 20 years and an o2 customer for more than 15 years

      How do i get a Virgin Media / O2 iD ??? Someone tell me please  😢 I have been a virgin media customer for over 20 years and a O2 customer for over 15 years , i have received zero help from customer service and i am not seeing any help here on the community forum  😭
