How to reinstate missing ntlworld email account
I am the Virgin Media account holder and have been with ntlworld/virgin media for decades.
I have two ntlworld email accounts, one for me the other for my wife. Both accounts are working.
When I log in to the My Virgin Media account I can see my email account but not my wife’s.
How do I remedy this.
Assuming your wifes mailbox was a "secondary" one in your main account, they don't exist anymore. ALL mailboxes now have to have their own 3rd party email address. If you logon to My VM with your wifes email address, it should prompt you to create a new 3rd party email. These changes have been put in place as Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now required.
