I can't figure out how to reset my email password on one alias not the main account.

I found myself logged out of my secondary email and when I went to change the password (because it rejected my password despite being logged in moments earlier); it changed my password for the main account instead.

There are no "secondary" mailboxes anymore.  Each account now has to have it's own 3rd party email address.

Can you link me to an official document saying this please?

    edit:

Just read Coenoby's post after I posted this message.  I'll see if I can log into my secondary MVM account.

    edit 2:

No luck signing into my secondary MVM account:

"Please ensure you provide the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media"

I've gone to the top right circle when I'm in my primary email and it gave a drop down showing that I have a secondary email.  There doesn't seem to be a way to reset the password on this secondary email.

Thanks for the replies so far but I don't think I have a solution yet.

"There doesn't seem to be a way to reset the password on this secondary email."

That's correct. As I said in my post it is no longer possible to reset the password for secondary email accounts from your main MVM account.

You have to do it via the MVM account for that secondary email account. If you cannot access that secondary email account's MVM account then your only options are:

      1. Try clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link on  the account sign in page
      2. Wait for a VM Forum Team Member (VM staff who support this forum) to contact you via this thread

Actually, there is a 3rd option - call VM support on 150 from a VM phone but I would not recommend it.
