Hi. I cancelled my VirginMedia account some time ago and expected the primary email address, and access to it, to be disabled after 90 days. It appears not. The email address was [MOD EDIT: Removed] and has been hacked many times. Can someone please delete the email address because I can't access the account to reset.

As an aside, I had this done a while back. Took about 10 days in total to close the account.
