Help deleting ntlworld.com account.

Hello  everyone. Please can someone help. I have an old ntlworld.com email account that I need to delete, but in settings the address I want to delete is greyed out. The other addresses I have and need to keep I can delete but the one I need to get rid of I cannot.    

A couple of websites I used this ntlworld.com email to log in with were compromised. Subsequently seen a large increase in spam and also been notified that it has also found its way onto the dark web. Time for it to go.

Please can someone let me know how to completely delete this account?

    Is the NTL one your primary email account? If so it may be when it’s deleted the secondary ones will go as well?

    It is the first email that the account was set up with so I guess it probably is the primary one. The other emails are listed separately. Hopefully some one can delete this while preserving the rest.
