Just go this issue today. Can open emails through Gmail. But wanted to use browser to clean up emails faster. Virgin media doesn't recognise email

Email not recognised by virgin. Yet fine through Gmail app. What's going on virgin. Cleared all cache tried different browsers. Still won't recognise.
Have you setup your VMO2ID account to enable you to access "My VM" and Webmail?
supersaint5 Don't forget that to use VM webmail you need to enter the VMO2ID for the email concerned which may not be the same as the actual email address you are trying to access.
On the sign in screen there should be an option to check the username (Forgot your email address) if you have forgotten it.

As the community have advised, you'll need to set up your Virgin Media O2 ID please.
