emails have disappeared

hi

I know there has been email issues today , but I have lost access to all my saved inbox folders and also all my sent emails are not showing, completely empty.

 

Can someone in support help urgently as I need to access saved inbox folders emails and related sent emails

Have also advised team on X support but as yet no one has come back to me

Would appreciate urgent response on this

    I have the opposite issue to you, on my ntlworld email everything has suddenly been marked unread, and thousands of emails deleted years ago have suddenly been restored.  There's a separate thread on this. I would imagine these things are linked.

    To confirm, have you been able to check your deleted inbox to see if they are in there?
