Email not working on apps
I recently changed my VM password, setting up passkeys. I can log in to my account online and get onto webmail but I can't get any email in the mail app on my iPhone. I requested a new app password but the password didn't work. I tried deleting the Virgin Media email account within the app on my phone and setting up again but the 'new app password' still didn't work. I just get a message saying 'Virgin Media cannot be contacted'. How can I get emails downloading/displaying in my mail app again?
