I have two virgin media email accounts and use Thunderbird on my PC .
Recently one of them has failed authentication in Thunderbird while the other still works fine. Both use the same settings and I have not changed any of them. I can access both email accounts directly via the VM website. Any clues to why this is? Many thanks.

Hi, I am now getting the same issue - authentication fail on virgin email since Tuesday, can’t access on through the web browser & virgin media won’t accept my password login… any help would be greatly appreciated…
