Email account deleted by mistake

Hi vm forum 

I was going round in circles trying to update a password on a secondary account (wife’s) and think I deleted the account by mistake. 
I was in the VM manage accounts pages so not a Mail app side. 
now wife cannot send or receive on the blueyonder account held for years. 

can this be recovered please?

Recent requirement to have secondary address confused passwords and won’t let me reset or add another account . (Secondary issue)

    Sorry to hear you've deleted a secondary email account by accident. These things happen and we're here to help.

    Can we just confirm first that the services and account are in your name?

      Hi Gareth yes account is in my name and I’m the primary account holder. 
      do you need further details? Let me know thanks
