Secondary email account deleted by mistake

Hi, 

I need help reinstalling a secondary email account that I deleted earlier todayby mistake after I found out it had become compromised.

  • PauljG2 When you deleted it was from the the Manage other My Virgin accounts section of your primary account settings or from a third party email client such as Thunderbird?

    If the later then follow the instructions in this help page under the section on using email clients:

    https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account

    If you deleted it from within the My Virgin Media account then there is a slim possibility that the VM Forum Team may be able to get it restored but time is of the essence in such situations. They should respond here shortly.
