I tried both Chrome and Edge with the same outcome. I tried other laptops and got the same message. I used the change app password 3 times advice recommended elsewhere on this forum (twice) with no success.
I've just had a call back from VM (as I rang yesterday - they advised they couldn't fix so escalated to the IT team). They talked me through a fix which involved changing my app password again (just the once), and when that didn't work (this is on a different laptop) they said that lots of people are experiencing the same issue and that there is a problem at the VM side which the tech team are working on and that if I try again in 24-48hrs it should be working again.
I'm not that confident it will be, but maybe I will be surprised.
