Delete Secondary eMail addresses

I have 2 secondary email adddresses which are no longer used, since emails migrated to a different email provider.  I need to delete, or have deleted these secondary emails but cannot see a way to do it.  Can someone please show me how to do it, or do it for me.

I have carried out the 'new' login procedure and since then, the easy way to carry out this operation has been removed.

    Hi

    I have a secondary email address (ntlworld.com) that has been hacked and VM have been trying to delete it since 9th September,  but as at today's date, they have not been able to. Some of the staff say it can be done but by the IT Team and some of the staff have said it cannot be deleted.  

    According to GDPR legislation in the UK, I should be able to have this email address deleted

     

    Please help
