Delete old email address

Hello,

Can someone help me delete my old ntlworld email account?


Virgin can’t do it because the account is no longer active but the email has been hacked and I’ve got no way of getting into the account to change the password.

    Jordanlench The Virginmedia forum team staff should be able to assist you with this provided that you were the account holder of the Ntlworld account concerned.  They will respond here in due course.
