Contract Renewal

I spent two full weeks with everybody, from the Pilipino call centre to the UK and we created a new contract that made me happy….. and it wasn’t £155 !!

I have all the downloaded forms in my possession ( screenshots available ) 

If £155 is taken from my account, the ombudsman will be furnished with all of the relevant documentation.

You guys need a wake up call.

    I feel your pain, but unfortunately the ombudsman won't look at your complaint until you have complained to VM and got no resolution for eight weeks.
