Cannot see received emails on NTLWORLD

I have not been able to read my incoming emails on NTLWORLD now for nearly a week. I have had to set up automatic forwarding to a Gmail account which seams to work but the emails are not showing in my actual NTLWORLD inbox which is totally unacceptable.

I have reported this to Virgin and was told that a priority fix would be executed and I would be contacting by their technical team but still nothing.

Please can someone help!

    Yes forwarding is working I'm receiving NTL world emails into my Gmail account 

    Only Send is working on the actual NTLWORLD account

    Sorry to hear that you have reported this to us but it's not yet been fixed. 

    Did you definitley set up a forwarding rule and not a redirect one? Just as this would automatically move the mail to your Gmail account, bypassing the NTLWorld Inbox. There's a bit more information about checking your advanced email settings here 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account
