Cannot connect to Blueyonder or Virginmedia email since Using a new Mac

Yesterday I transferred my user data from a Mac Pro 2019 to a new Mac Studio. Both were running MacOS 15.3.2. Since this transfer, I can no longer connect to my Blueyonder nor Virginmedia email accounts. I get asked to enter my valid password for both and get the following error message:

Can't connect to the acccount "blueyonder.co.uk  / virginmedia.com". Enter the password for user "...blueyonder.co.uk / ...virginmedia.com".

On entering my password I get:   Unable to verify account name or password.

I do not have this issue on my Macbook Pro which is also running 15.3.2 nor my ipad and iphone. These devices can receive the emails from blueyonder.co.uk and virginmedia.com.

Can you help please.

Check that you're using the latest procedure.

These are all correct on all devices. It is only an issue trying to connect to my Blueyonder and Virginmedia account on my new Mac Studio. I also tried to add these accounts to Outlook app but it would not cennect

So you have a BY and a VM email address?  Have you setup the required 3rd party email address for each account, and also generated the 4 word "app" password for each account?

Can you logon to My VM with the new 3rd party email address for each of the BY and VM mailboxes?

I have a 3rd party login for the BY account but not the VM account but I can access both emails via the VM website no problem. As a stopgap, I have setup auto forwarding for both on the VM website to a gmail account which I can access on my new Mac Studio.

I can also access the BY and VM emails with 3rd party email apps on all other devices, Mac Pro, ipad, iphone and the old Mac Pro from which I migrated.

Separately I tried to used the Outlook app and add the BY and VM email account but it would not connect either. So I am hesitant to delete these accounts and add them back on any device that is currently working.
