Cannot access Blueyonder Mail.

As the title says really, for some time i could only access my emails through my android app. Outlook has stopped connecting, i can't access webmail (i get a 'forbidden' message).

If my android phone goes down i'm screwed - I'm clearly not alone because this site is littered with folk in the same boat but nobody seems to have the answers. 

Id say its been like this for about 2 months but i want to get it sorted before it bites me on the @rse!

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of any email issues.

    Can you access your emails via the Virgin Media Website, logging in to your account and accessing your emails?

    If that works, please do this;

     

    Delete the mail details on your devices. 

    Log in to the Virgin Media website. 

    Select Account Settings

    Select Identity & Security Settings

    Select Manage your products

    Select Manage email app password

    Click on the blue button 'Get New Password'

    Make a note of the generated password. This is what you use in the mail apps along with the Virgin Media email address as the username.
