Cannot access blueyonder email

My blueyonder email account suddenly stopped letting me sign in yesterday. It is my main email account and contains important emails that I urgently need access to. 

It is not linked to an active VM broadband account, but I received no warnings at all about it being closed. How can my access be restored so that I can retrieve critically important emails and transfer to a new email service?

    Previous topics on here did mention some former customers being granted temporary access by VM.

    More recent topics seem to have been a flat 'no' from VM on regaining access, even temporarily.

    A VM person should reply to your topic within a few days and give you an 'official' answer.

    Sorry to hear that you've been unable to access your emails. 

    Do you currently have an active Virgin Media account with us at all? If not, did you ever have the email linked to an active account?
