Can’t sign in to myvirginmedia email \ Virgin Media O2 ID problems

Hello

Yesterday, my virgin email on my PC threw me off, and it started asking me to create another account

My phone seems fine and accessible 

It's all confusing and  not making any sense as it's not accepting my details

Anyone else having similar issues?

      We're sorry to hear you're having issues with accessing your mailbox. This error will usually disappear by itself. If you're using a VPN, please turn this off before trying to log in. As mentioned on the error, it's also worth signing in from another device that you've signed in on before.
