Can’t add blueyonder to mail app

I can’t add Blueyonder to Mail App.I have tried adding my Blueyonder email to the emails in my Virginmedia webmail account . I have tried generating a new app password in VM webmail and trying to add email in Apple email settings . It is so frustrating . Why is It so difficult to add ? Other emails are straightforward
